Staff Training for Gujarat

The sessions for the team began at 9am or earlier every day. The days were filled with visits to the clinic. The FAB centre nearby was an eye opener for the team members. Many of them making shoes for the clubfoot kids had some form of deformity themselves. It was moving for many of the team folks to see them offer their lives for the services to these kids. Besides learning how to manage a clinic and counsel patients, and various sessions by different units of CURE, HR, Finance, and the communications department, teams were informed about the vision and mission of cure. They left were highly motivated with the session, inspired us to do more and give themselves for the betterment of the children.
