State Program Managers And Coordinators Meet

Together everyone achieves more. The theme was set and the weather was right to welcome our teams from Uttarakhand and Punjab for a two day program training at the national office. This was the first visit for the Punjab team. The training started with program evaluation where managers from Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand got together to discuss the program functioning in their states and set plans for the year. The new counselors and coordinators from Uttarakhand and Punjab were then taken through the program functioning in detail with examples and role plays which made the process of learning a fun filled activity. It was inspiring to hear from our new friends as to how they got selected for their new roles and how motivated and thrilled they were to start with serving the children and spreading the gospel of goodness. Two days flew by quickly and the teams parted with a promise of seeing each other again and committing their service to the children.
